Finally Ram Vilas Paswan (LJP) loses in Hajipur [2009 Loksabha Elections]

I am very happy today because one of the person whom i hate most ,because he is the biggest sucker of all time and such a selfish+corrupt+cheater in my views, is defeated from Hajipur[Bihar]. I still remember when people use to support him so much and trusted him that he made a history by winning the elections with highest margin and today the same people rejected him.

Reason: Because he cheated his own people. He never talks of developement of india but only to satisfy his own needs.. the greedy peron. No matter which party is ruling..he will be the minister. This time also i am sure if he would have won then definitely he would have joined UPA and would have bocame a minister. But i am sure. He is lile the famous example that most people are aware of. pipe--dog--tail--100 years--never straight. Yes you got it right :D He will again try to manage a seat for himself.

I salute the people of bihar for taking decision not based on cast and creed but on leaders. Now i think they have satrted using their mind also along with the heart. Not only Paswan.. but also his partner Lalloo's party also got seats in single digit in bihar. Great news it is for me and for the people of india. After all we need good leader.. not jokers.

And also people of india has supported manmohan singh.. for his work. Not BJP for ram mandir etc. Atleast now learn.. its the developement is important.. not religious issues.

All the best to manmohan singh .. take india to a new hight.

The next indian govt. Whom should i support?

Today, after few hours the counting of recent Loksabha polls is going to start. All politicians are keepng their fingers crossed..so am i. I am still wondering.. which party should i really support and expect to be at the top.. Congress?? or BJP.. or some other??

Congress: for me its a bunch of fools and selfish people.. Fool because Rahul gandhi is so much important to them.. why?? just because his sirname is gandhi?? just because his family has ruled the country for years?? as i can remember.. even the sirname "Gandhi" is imported to this family. Tha great grandchildren of Pandit javaharlaal Nehru who use to wear clothes that were used to be drywashed from some foreign country. I wonder.. how can someone afford to spend so much who is expected to build the country from the scratch.. Congress .. huh!! ruled for so many years and still India is a developing country and Future superpower .. Why not a developed country and a superpower like USA?? Selfish because They are taking support from people like Laloo prasad yadav and Ramvilas paswan, Karunanidhi [whose opinion is entirely different on LTTE from Congress].I dont hate congress but if i think as an TRUE INDIAN Congress will do no good to the country

BJP: A party who is well known for all sorts of controversial issues like Ayodhya, Godhra and all. I respect Atal jee as a good and strong leader but BJP?? na.. though i am a hindu and BJP is basically hardcore hindu party but still frankly speaking it is now full of selfish and shameless people. As a TRUE INDIAN i will not like to see my country being ruled by a someone like Varun Gandhi who try to use shortcuts in life by playing dirty politics like Laloo prasad yadav had been doing in past. So thumbs down to BJP too

Now the question remains. Whom should i trust and support? Third front is collection of extremely selfish people who themselves want to be pm and as the two major party didnt supported them they created the 3rd front.

I just pray to god that please please ... at least give India a strong PM who don't point his fingers on others on issues like recent mumbai attacks instead taking responsibility himself of the security lags which resulted in attacks and can take strong steps so that these kinds of stuffs should never be repeated in future.

God bless india and indians. Hoping for the best.

Jai Hind!!

Keyword Discovery Trick

Let's say that you targeted a specific keyword, but you are not making money on it.

Let's say it's "laptop".

Of course there are MANY things you could do that I'm not going to talk about in this post, like changing advert, position, match type, geolocation, etc

Let's talk about finding ALTERNATE keywords.

You probably know that if you bid on [laptop] (exact match) you'll get searches of people that only search that keyword. So if they search "laptop" they'll see your ad, if they search "cheap laptop" they won't.

Let's assume that you are sure that "laptop" is your niche, but you are losing money.

Maybe you should not target the main keyword, but alternate keywords related to it. What's the best way to discover those keywords? Simply to let Google do it for you.

You could just bid on the keyword "laptop" with broad match, however, you'll still be receiving many clicks for "laptop" that will lose you money.

So what you can do is bid on "laptop" broad match, and then bid on "laptop" exact match as negative.

It'll look like that in the account:
laptop
-[laptop]

Now you'll get clicks related to "laptop", but that are not "laptop".

Of course, you need some web analytics software to track the new keywords you receive.

Tools You Need in Blog Marketing

Making your blog known to the cyber world is easier said than done. If you think that you can just build a blog and then readers will flock to it, think again. There are several things that you need to do to make sure that your blog is seen by many. Indeed, blog marketing will only be successful if you exert the necessary effort.

Here are tools that will help you in blog marketing:

Links

To extend your blog’s reach, you need to create links to it. If you’re trying to build a customer base, you need more than just a couple of links: the more, the better. Also, you need to get links from sites that are reliable and are recognized to be authorities in your field.

Videos

Videos are great way to attract site visitors. Tutorials and “how-to” videos will get your site visitors talking about your site. Using videos for blog marketing also enables you to submit your blog to video directories. If you have videos that suit the market of your blog, take advantage of them. Submit your blog to all of the directories where it fits in.

Paid directories

If you have funds for you blog marketing, then use them to submit your blog to paid directories. Paid directories set standards for the sites they list. Getting your blog in these directories reassures your site visitors of the quality content that you try to provide.

Press releases

You can also use press releases when promoting your blog. You can have a press release written about your blog for a fee. You then submit it to all of the latest news sites. Press releases work wonders in getting your blog known. Having your site linked from these news sites will also help it generate more visitors as well. The cost of press releases varies with the company or person who writes them, but the cost is usually reasonable and will easily fit within your marketing budget.

Discussion boards

Forums, message boards, and other discussion boards are a great way to establish your online presence. However, make sure that you only post on a message board that is relevant to your blog. Else, no one will be interested enough to click your link. You’ll find it easy attracting new readers to your blog with the use of message board posting, provided that you are an expert in your field.

To bring some more traffic into your blog, look for other blogs that have the same target market as yours and leave comments on the articles. If your comments are full of useful information, you will certainly attract visitors to click the link to your site.

If you use these tools, you’ll find blog marketing easier. Considering that millions of websites compete for that precious click, it takes skill and diligence to become famous in the Internet. Start small and know where to find help when you need it. That’s the road to success in blog marketing.

Tips for buying Pendrive

Very Important :

Some chinese pendrives of 32 gb capacity are there in the market. Make sure its not Fake which you are buying.
When u try to copy the data more than ..say 4gb then it will get corrupted…It happened with many people with 32 Kingston pendrive. The company website didn’t even had this model of 32 gb capacity.

It’s a fraud, Please do not buy 32GB Kingston USB 2.0 Flash Drive.

1
Identify how you’ll use a pen drive. Typically, they’re used to copy large amounts of data from one computer to another. Note that copying files or folder with your pen drive is comparatively faster.

2
Remember that pen drives are mostly compatible with Windows (ME/2000/XP), Mac OS (8.6 and above) and Linux Kernel (2.4 and above) without drivers.

3
Note that the pen drives have different capacities. Normally, pen drives can hold between 32 MB and 2 GB. Older versions have 64 MB, 128 MB and 256 MB of storage capacity. Most older ones have now been taken off the market by reputed brands. If you want to store regular data files and excel sheets, a 512 MB memory pen drive is ideal. If you want to store video clips, MP3s and other large files, choose one with 1 GB or 2 GB.

4
Check to see if the pen drive you want can be password protected. The latest models can. You can choose to protect specific data within the drive for additional security.

5
Learn more about the features and prices of various pen drives by referring to online buyer’s guides. Browse through reviews and compare prices. Some popular buyer’s guides are NexTag, Windows Marketplace, MySimon and Epinions

6
Browse through blogs and tech discussion forums. These are good avenues for gathering more information on features, trends and other insights on pen drives.

7
Only buy a pen drive after comparing prices in different stores online and offline. Search for online vendors using engines like Google or Yahoo. Browse through popular online stores such as CompUSA, Best Buy and Circuit City

8
Confirm the pen drive’s warranty and guarantee period. Usually, they come with a year’s warranty.

warnings

Tips to recover scratched CD’s

1. Spread a cloth on a flat surface and place the CD on it.
2. Then, hold the disc with one hand, use the other to wipe the polish into the affected area with a soft cloth.
3. Wait for it to dry and buff using short, brisk strokes along the scratch, not across it.
4. A cloth sold to wipe spectacles or camera lenses will work super m8’s.
5. When you can no longersee the scratch,, wash the disc with water and let it dry before playing. Intersting isnt it? Try it right now
I have used toothpaste with good effects before Ive also used car paint cutting compound on deeper scratches. It does leave lots of smaller scratches (as it is a cutting compound after all) but it will remove the worst scratches in most cases.

SBI - The worst banking service in India

Thats right. The State Bank Of Indiais the worst bank of India, according to my experiences.
I am a Frequent Traveler and i visit different parts of India quite frequently. Like New Delhi, jamshedpur,Patna,Kolkata,Mumbai,Bangalore,Chennai,Different places of Kerala etc. I have been to many banks in these regions and during such journeys i went to different sbi branches too as i am a student :).
According to my and many of my friend's view, S.B.I. is the worst banking service provider to general people of india. Frequent malfunctioning of ATMs are well known but... just visit ANY sbi branch specially in patna[don't laugh, i am not joking] my god.. the way they were working as if its not their duty but they are doing it as volunteers. Token system will not be followed. Long queues of people in fron of "windows". and the "babus" working ... u may see their fingers finding alphabets on keyboard. even a small kid of 6 years can type faster than that.

this is not the end. I would like to share my LATEST dealing with SBI.On 20th Jan 2009 I was required to fill a challan of 1000 rs [for christ college, bangalore, 20 rs additional bank commision]. I went to kankerbagh branch [patna]. Their 1st time i saw such a situation. Due to network failure the computer systems were not working. I went to "grahak mitra" and ask whether they will accept my challan or not. he told me to go to the main branch instead. So i went to main branch.. again long queue.. when my no came the "babu" inside counter asked me to goto another counter as it was not his job to accept the challan, I went to another counter.. and then started the game of office-office. finally i gave up and went to meet the manager.Gosh!! the manager "saheb" was still not present [the time was 12.30 pm]. what a cool job.. you can relax at your home if you work as manager in SBI :D.
Anyway.. after spending an hour there a "gentleman" uncle asked me to go to Exhibition road branch as this work was supposed to be done there according to his "knowledge". I went to that branch.. it was 2.30 pm.. lunch time. I waited there.. and 3pm the work started again. I was happy that finally i may get success but .. the "babu" inside told me that this work is not done there and asked me to goto the main branch again.. What the hell .. i concluded that these @ssho... are good for nothing. I went to main branch again.. this time again i visited several "babus" and finally i asked them "how to register a complain". Again a gentleman guided me to another building.. the local headquarter.. 5th floor.

at 4.30pm i was there on 5th floor..complain cell.. A person there asked me to wait for a "lady" who was suppose to help me there. i waited there.. around 45 mins.. she was not at her desk.. how can she be.. after all she is also an employee of SBI.. Her phoe was ringing continuously but who cares. Her 2 cellphones were lying there on the table. Then finally she came. Her name was Archana Singh. I told her my problem and ask her to Guide me to proper place so that my work could be done.. i requeted her gently and very politely with "fake" smile on my face BUT.. I forgot that time that she is also an employee of SBI :-). In a very stylish way she talked with me [with style but with horrible pronounciations] and told me the same saga.. that how many of you people are facing this problem.. she cant help me coz if she does there might be a long queue of SBI costomers[exactly these were the words that came from her mouth]. and thus she cant help me.

This was the result of my efforts. I promised myself.. i will never ever help any person if he/she is an employee of SBI.

This was my story.. I am still trying for my work to be done and still waiting for them to accept my challan. The worst day of my "banking life" . Never ever deal with this bank or rather i would say a piece of shit if you have ANY alternatives.

To Ms Archana Singh & other SBI employees
my feelings for you _||_ May god give you back what you gave me..

Google Page Rank

Page Rank calculation is Google’s way of deciding relative importance of a webpage. PageRank is a numeric value that represents how important a page is on the web. Google figures that when one page links to another page, it is effectively casting a vote for the other page. The more votes that are cast for a page, the more important the page must be. Also, the importance of the page that is casting the vote determines how important the vote itself is. Google calculates a page’s importance from the votes cast for it. How important each vote is is taken into account when a page’s PageRank is calculated. It matters because it is one of the factors that determines a page’s ranking in the search results. It isn’t the only factor that Google uses to rank pages, but it is an important one. Source: Google’s PageRank explained and how to make the most of it

My blogging tips:
1.Learn from the experts.
2.Check, maintain and tracks your links.
3.Use relevant keywords in titles and in the body of blog posts. Use Google Suggest. As you type into the search box, Google Suggest guesses what you’re typing and offers suggestions in real time. This is similar to Google’s “Did you mean?” feature that offers alternative spellings for your query after you search, except that it works in real time. By suggesting more refined searches up front, Google Suggest can make your searches more convenient and efficient by keeping you from having to reformulate your query. Google Suggest might offer suggestions that you will find novel or intriguing.
4.Validate your html in your draft posts and clean it up prior to publication.
Validate the html on your front page and correct all errors.
5.Set up a Google Webmaster Account, verify your blog and use Google webmaster tools.
Use the resources at Google Webmaster Center.

Tips from Experts
These are the positive factors that Google’s algorithm takes into consideration:
1. Keyword Use In Title Tag
2. Global Link Popularity Of The Site
3. Anchor Text Of Incoming Links
4. Link Popularity Within The Site
5. Age Of The Site

These are the negative factors that Google’s algorithm takes into consideration:
1. Server Is Often Inaccessible To Googlebot
2. Content Which Is Very Similar Or Duplicate to Existing Content On The Web
3. External Links To Low Quality Sites
4. Participation In Link Schemes or Actively Selling Links
5. Duplicate Meta Tags On More Pages

Google Optimization - Key Factors
Make sure your new pages link to your old ones (related posts).
Add a sitemap to your blog.
Use title optimization
Use but do not overuse relevant keywords in your posts.
Submit your site to web-directories.
Use robot.txt files to prevent non-relevant content from being scanned.
Submit your site to Google for site verification.
Write blog content for your readers - not for search engines.

Optimising your images
Google seems to prefer images of a reasonable resolution, and that makes sense because so do people. If you have to use small thumbnails on your page, make it link to a bigger image of 800×600 or bigger.
Name images in the format “/images/my-image.jpg”
Do not rename or move an image unless you really have to. The Google image bot is very slow at indexing images, so by renaming an image it may disappear out of Google for 6+ months.
No upper case filenames (nothing to do with SEO, but for your peace of mind when you move that Windows site to Linux)

NO SPACES in filenames
Use rewriting where images are dynamic
Name your image to match the phrase you want to be found for, where appropriate
Use relevant alt attributes on the images that include the phrase you want to target. Try to include the phrase in the alt attribute and filename
Use the search phrase in text in close proximity to the image. A caption below the image is perfect.

Bravery Or bravado ??

Many of us today saw this video footage of how Brave mumbai police who is well know for its encounters [do remember the fact that few encounter specialists had links with underworld in the past] killed a young guy who tried to hijack a bus [no 332] with no people inside.. yes.. he sent all the pessengers out of the bus and also no policement were injured because he didnt fired a single bullet at them.. all he was asking for a cellphone so that he may communicate but our BRAVE mumbai police killed him.. and why not to kill a person who is an easy target for you..
But one question...
if he didnt fired at police then how can it be an encounter.. ???
yes you got right.. better to call such situation a MURDER..
though its a murder but nothing will happen to the policemen who killed him.. instead he may be awarded by Mr Deshmukh or some Thakre..
the guy was from bihar and he was angry .. angry because he saw his own bothers being beated brutally by MNS workers..
This is the begining.. as i was going through the post on indiatimes site, there was one comment that this may produce 1000 more rahuls... and why not?? think rahul as an indian and yourself too.. not as a bihari or marathi.. and then tell .. was the killing justified?
I dont need your answer because i know it was not. My words may seem to be bullshit to some of you but its the truth..
I am not defending him or saying what he was doing was wight but what i am trying to say what mumbai police did.. its shameful.
where are the so called human right activists?? now you wont utter a single word from your mouth.. why??
Jago India Jago .. Not needed.. go and sleep until it comes to you.. until your own son, brother or friend is killed by mubai police.. wait till then..
thanks for reading my blog. What i wrote may hurt someone's sentiments but what i wrote is the truth. i wrote as an indian.. not a bihari. and i seek justice .. not from govt but from you.
regards.

I am ashamed of being an indian today

I use to feel proud of being an Indian. My birthplace is Bihar .. Land of great Ashoka, Great Buddha.. a place where people never call each other with bad names. People believe in simple living indeed they are simple.. and you make fun of their simplicity. You feel yourself smarter if u are a boy and you dress yourself like a girl with black bangles and ear rings. Thank god i m from bihar.. where religious places are not burnt in the name of religion.. where children are not burnt alive only because their religion is different.. where chief minister is an engineer.. where people from other states are respected.. where people from different religion live together without any problem.. where no trains are burnt with people inside.. where police commissioner and other top officials are not involved in mother of all scams.. where people will respect you 150% if u give even 15% of respect.. where we dont make a person ministor only because his father was pm or cm. Where old couples are not murdered twice a weak, Where we still live with our parents.

Poor bihari ppl are working at your place at quite cheap rate.. working day and night so that they may earn few bucks and send it to his home. Is it harming you??

But today i am feeling ashamed of being an indian.. i never wanted to feel like this.

why??

reason.. read this:

Pawan Kumar died in Mumbai after he was brutally beaten by MNS workers on Sunday during the attack on north Indian railway exam candidates. He becomes the first victim of MNS violence in Mumbai.
http://buzz.india.com/stories/24768/Bihar_student_dies_after_MNS_thrashing_.html

Bihar youths claim MNS killed candidate, vandalise Patna station

What was his mistake??  Now an Indian is not free to visit places in INDIA only. Today I am really very ashamed of being born in a country where unity is found only in books.  this is not only pawan kumar but frequently poor people from bihar and other north indian states are teated like this.

Do some constructive work..make your state crime free.. create few more tendulkar  but you will not do this.. instead you will beat poor helpless unarmed hindi speaking people.

Is this the way you should treat the person who is guest in your home??

What is the need of terrorists when their works are being done by our indians only.
My dream was to become a defense personal but now i dont want to be in armed forces.. why to safeguard a country whose people are not mine?? why to waste my life on them?

you might think i am talking like a very selfish person.. but just one request , put yourself into my place and then think again and then comment if i am wrong.

Sorry if i have hurt your feelings but today i am really hurt.

This is my way of presenting my thoughts.. and its my right..

Miss Jean and the country bumpkin

Hi Friends,There was a lovely real life story in September 2008 edition of Reader's Digest about a boy called Shrikant narrated by him only. He belonged to a Nellore, a small town in Andhra Pradesh, where his grandfather was a military doctor. He was really treated as a prince there, pampered so much by all and sundry. In 1971,his parents decided to shift him to Bombay, where they worked. In Bombay he felt totally lost. The poor boy did not know any language other than Tamil and Telugu. Everyone in the class made fun of him and he could not cope with his studies at all. His copies were always empty. But there he got Miss Jean as his class teacher. She worked extremely hard on him, with great tact and patience. She also encouraged other students to make friends with him. Even after class, she used to guide him in his studies. Gradually his confidence came back and he stood fifth in the class. Then suddenly Miss Jean announced that she was going to get married and would shift to Australia. Shrikant was in class 2 then. He and his friends were too young to realise how far Miss Jean is going and no one cried. However,Miss Jean wrote her new address on the blackboard and Shrikant copied it faithfully on the last page of his school copy. However, when the copy was finished,it was sold to the raddi wala and Miss Jean became a forgotten chapter. After many years, when Shrikant was in class 10, Miss Jean revisited the school. The Vice Principal introduced her to the students,saying- "She is Miss Jean, seven years agao she taught her here. She remembers many of you." Shrikant also talked to her. She said-"Yes,I remember you. You were very naughty." However, a standard 2 teacher was no more the centre of their universe and Miss Jean sensed that probably and left hurriedly. Now Shrikant is a marketing executive in an MNC and realises that whatever he is today it is largely because of Miss Jean, who worked so hard on him. In the weekends he teaches marketing management to college students, and he really feels that this work is nothing ccompared to what Miss Jean did to him. Now when he teaches the principles of Maths and Science to his kids, he realises how difficult it must have been for Miss Jean to work on him, when he did not understand anything and was so low on confidence.Later,Shrikant gets a chance to go to Sydney,Australia, for some business meeting. He tries to find Miss Jean there, but unfortunately,he could not do so,as he did not even know her surname.Shrikant ends his story with the wish that Miss Jean stays happy wherever she is. He realises that it was she who had turned a country bumpkin into a mature, confident guy.Friends, I shared this beautiful story with you all as I am sure, all of you too, must be having some or the other teacher in mind, whom you will not forget, and feel really fortunate that you were taught by him or her, even though you may not be knowing the whereabouts of that teacher now.

Secret Of Success

What is the secret of success in life?

A common question echoing in everyone's mind. But solution?... Ask this question to any successfull person and you will get a common answer which is true.. Love and enjoy whatever you do.. enjoy it to the fullest.. success will be yours. Again success have got different meaning for different person. It's definition varies from person to person. For some people success means name, fame, power and for majority caliberate success in terms of money.

Success and job satisfaction
its not necessary that a person with a lot of money is satisfied with his work. I personally know many people earning quite good are not at all satisfied with their work, whereas i have seen some people earning not enough but satisfied with their work and thus happy... in my view this is success. because he is loving what he is doing and enjoying it.

Not giving a long lecture here i would like to conclude this vast topic with my few words....

success is believing yourself and enjoying what you are doing... this will surely leed you to your desired and deserving position :-)

stay happy always...
