Bravery Or bravado ??

Many of us today saw this video footage of how Brave mumbai police who is well know for its encounters [do remember the fact that few encounter specialists had links with underworld in the past] killed a young guy who tried to hijack a bus [no 332] with no people inside.. yes.. he sent all the pessengers out of the bus and also no policement were injured because he didnt fired a single bullet at them.. all he was asking for a cellphone so that he may communicate but our BRAVE mumbai police killed him.. and why not to kill a person who is an easy target for you..
But one question...
if he didnt fired at police then how can it be an encounter.. ???
yes you got right.. better to call such situation a MURDER..
though its a murder but nothing will happen to the policemen who killed him.. instead he may be awarded by Mr Deshmukh or some Thakre..
the guy was from bihar and he was angry .. angry because he saw his own bothers being beated brutally by MNS workers..
This is the begining.. as i was going through the post on indiatimes site, there was one comment that this may produce 1000 more rahuls... and why not?? think rahul as an indian and yourself too.. not as a bihari or marathi.. and then tell .. was the killing justified?
I dont need your answer because i know it was not. My words may seem to be bullshit to some of you but its the truth..
I am not defending him or saying what he was doing was wight but what i am trying to say what mumbai police did.. its shameful.
where are the so called human right activists?? now you wont utter a single word from your mouth.. why??
Jago India Jago .. Not needed.. go and sleep until it comes to you.. until your own son, brother or friend is killed by mubai police.. wait till then..
thanks for reading my blog. What i wrote may hurt someone's sentiments but what i wrote is the truth. i wrote as an indian.. not a bihari. and i seek justice .. not from govt but from you.
regards.

I am ashamed of being an indian today

I use to feel proud of being an Indian. My birthplace is Bihar .. Land of great Ashoka, Great Buddha.. a place where people never call each other with bad names. People believe in simple living indeed they are simple.. and you make fun of their simplicity. You feel yourself smarter if u are a boy and you dress yourself like a girl with black bangles and ear rings. Thank god i m from bihar.. where religious places are not burnt in the name of religion.. where children are not burnt alive only because their religion is different.. where chief minister is an engineer.. where people from other states are respected.. where people from different religion live together without any problem.. where no trains are burnt with people inside.. where police commissioner and other top officials are not involved in mother of all scams.. where people will respect you 150% if u give even 15% of respect.. where we dont make a person ministor only because his father was pm or cm. Where old couples are not murdered twice a weak, Where we still live with our parents.

Poor bihari ppl are working at your place at quite cheap rate.. working day and night so that they may earn few bucks and send it to his home. Is it harming you??

But today i am feeling ashamed of being an indian.. i never wanted to feel like this.

why??

reason.. read this:

Pawan Kumar died in Mumbai after he was brutally beaten by MNS workers on Sunday during the attack on north Indian railway exam candidates. He becomes the first victim of MNS violence in Mumbai.
http://buzz.india.com/stories/24768/Bihar_student_dies_after_MNS_thrashing_.html

Bihar youths claim MNS killed candidate, vandalise Patna station

What was his mistake??  Now an Indian is not free to visit places in INDIA only. Today I am really very ashamed of being born in a country where unity is found only in books.  this is not only pawan kumar but frequently poor people from bihar and other north indian states are teated like this.

Do some constructive work..make your state crime free.. create few more tendulkar  but you will not do this.. instead you will beat poor helpless unarmed hindi speaking people.

Is this the way you should treat the person who is guest in your home??

What is the need of terrorists when their works are being done by our indians only.
My dream was to become a defense personal but now i dont want to be in armed forces.. why to safeguard a country whose people are not mine?? why to waste my life on them?

you might think i am talking like a very selfish person.. but just one request , put yourself into my place and then think again and then comment if i am wrong.

Sorry if i have hurt your feelings but today i am really hurt.

This is my way of presenting my thoughts.. and its my right..

Miss Jean and the country bumpkin

Hi Friends,There was a lovely real life story in September 2008 edition of Reader's Digest about a boy called Shrikant narrated by him only. He belonged to a Nellore, a small town in Andhra Pradesh, where his grandfather was a military doctor. He was really treated as a prince there, pampered so much by all and sundry. In 1971,his parents decided to shift him to Bombay, where they worked. In Bombay he felt totally lost. The poor boy did not know any language other than Tamil and Telugu. Everyone in the class made fun of him and he could not cope with his studies at all. His copies were always empty. But there he got Miss Jean as his class teacher. She worked extremely hard on him, with great tact and patience. She also encouraged other students to make friends with him. Even after class, she used to guide him in his studies. Gradually his confidence came back and he stood fifth in the class. Then suddenly Miss Jean announced that she was going to get married and would shift to Australia. Shrikant was in class 2 then. He and his friends were too young to realise how far Miss Jean is going and no one cried. However,Miss Jean wrote her new address on the blackboard and Shrikant copied it faithfully on the last page of his school copy. However, when the copy was finished,it was sold to the raddi wala and Miss Jean became a forgotten chapter. After many years, when Shrikant was in class 10, Miss Jean revisited the school. The Vice Principal introduced her to the students,saying- "She is Miss Jean, seven years agao she taught her here. She remembers many of you." Shrikant also talked to her. She said-"Yes,I remember you. You were very naughty." However, a standard 2 teacher was no more the centre of their universe and Miss Jean sensed that probably and left hurriedly. Now Shrikant is a marketing executive in an MNC and realises that whatever he is today it is largely because of Miss Jean, who worked so hard on him. In the weekends he teaches marketing management to college students, and he really feels that this work is nothing ccompared to what Miss Jean did to him. Now when he teaches the principles of Maths and Science to his kids, he realises how difficult it must have been for Miss Jean to work on him, when he did not understand anything and was so low on confidence.Later,Shrikant gets a chance to go to Sydney,Australia, for some business meeting. He tries to find Miss Jean there, but unfortunately,he could not do so,as he did not even know her surname.Shrikant ends his story with the wish that Miss Jean stays happy wherever she is. He realises that it was she who had turned a country bumpkin into a mature, confident guy.Friends, I shared this beautiful story with you all as I am sure, all of you too, must be having some or the other teacher in mind, whom you will not forget, and feel really fortunate that you were taught by him or her, even though you may not be knowing the whereabouts of that teacher now.

Secret Of Success

What is the secret of success in life?

A common question echoing in everyone's mind. But solution?... Ask this question to any successfull person and you will get a common answer which is true.. Love and enjoy whatever you do.. enjoy it to the fullest.. success will be yours. Again success have got different meaning for different person. It's definition varies from person to person. For some people success means name, fame, power and for majority caliberate success in terms of money.

Success and job satisfaction
its not necessary that a person with a lot of money is satisfied with his work. I personally know many people earning quite good are not at all satisfied with their work, whereas i have seen some people earning not enough but satisfied with their work and thus happy... in my view this is success. because he is loving what he is doing and enjoying it.

Not giving a long lecture here i would like to conclude this vast topic with my few words....

success is believing yourself and enjoying what you are doing... this will surely leed you to your desired and deserving position :-)

stay happy always...
